The house has a sloping roof that generates a pronounced difference in height between the access and rear facades. This decision allows height growth to occur in that direction with the appearance of the lower deck in the background. The housing strips that house the communication stairs between the different floors have repercussions on the northwest façade as two large vertical openings. The living room area is also covered with a water with a height lower than that of the rest of the building, presenting itself on the one hand at the access elevation as a façade with a very marked horizontal opening and with a sloped wall that speaks of the dialogue with the terrain. , and, on the other, to the opposite elevation, having gained height, as a very open façade, making the most of the light and sunlight conditions. The difference in height between both volumes allows the opening of a hollow-lattice for lighting the hall. The entire building is framed in the different facades by a structure of pillars and wooden beams, on which the covering skin rests.
