This project is the answer to the need to exploit the plot as well as its adaptation to the needs of the owners. The creation of two heights distributed in semi-floors around an interior patio to the house is contemplated in order to provide the living areas with higher quality. The glass located on the side of the second floor provides lighting to the patio which in turn illuminates the rooms. In this way, the house takes advantage of the Light that affects the different facades. The house has a pitched roof, which generates a pronounced difference in height between the main and front facades. The strip of housing that houses the staircase affects the facades as a large hole framing the entrance and differentiating it from living spaces. The front facade presents open spaces both on the top floor and in the semi-basement, the latter lowered from zero level, eliminating visual relations with the surroundings, which is made clear in the only side elevation, where the presence of the indoor patio is marked on the outside.
