Taking as a starting point the physical and urban constraints already discussed, the typology of exempt single-family housing is adopted, in accordance with regulations, without losing sight of the fact that the site offers a façade on three of its sides.
The building is developed in a volume with a base that makes up the ground floor, on which the first floor of bedrooms rests, which has an intermediate gap so that part of the roof appears that allows the appearance of a large roof terrace as a common space for the bedrooms. In the semi-basement floor, the garage and the uses annexed to it appear. All this abounds in a layout of the houses that, as far as hygiene is concerned, allows better ventilation and sunlight.
